Job Description:

1. Understanding the project target & scope;

2. Propose the long-term/short-term strategy;

3. Communicating with each business unit/ legal entities/ vendors for service/ function design and solutions; including customer journey/ touch points/ system integration solution, etc;

4. Draft the business requirements documentation;

5. Cooperating with IT team for development sprint review;

6. UIUE cooperation and design review;

7. Co-working with UAT test team for test cases review;

8. Regular reports drafting;

2. Strong business acumen as well as deep technology understanding; Rich experience in business analyzing;

3. Advanced consulting skills (min. 3-5 years’ experience)

4. Strategic planning competencies and proven record of delivering;

5. Experienced in working in a multi-cultural / international environment;

6. Good communication skills;

7. Fluent English and Chinese
