Job responsibilities:
工作职责:
- Support Sales Head to implementation of an appropriate sales strategy to achieve the sales goals and maximize SIAPM profit;

- Responsible for order fulfillment and supply chain management (sales related):
负责订单履行和供应链管理(销售相关):
- Coordinate with sales team and production planning team to ensure customer demand convert to production fcst on time;
与销售团队和生产计划团队协调,确保客户需求及时转化为生产预测。
- Coordinate purchasing team and material planning team for material (eg. Substrate, bare die…) fcst/order alignment with Infineon contact window;
协调采购团队和物料计划团队,确保材料(如基板、裸晶片等)的预测/订单与英飞凌对接方一致。
- Support Sales Head for contract management
支持销售总监进行合同的管理
- Customer payment management
客户付款管理
- After-sales service: customer complaint management,
售后服务:客户投诉管理

- *Responsible for market intelligence: government policy tracking/analysis, car OEM data tracking, competitor analysis…
负责市场情报:政府政策跟踪/分析,汽车原始设备制造商的数据跟踪,竞争对手分析等。
- *Support Sales Head or related team for Marcom activity / Branding;
支持销售总监或相关团队进行公关活动/品牌推广。
- Biz tools/system development;
业务工具/系统的开发
- Responsible for regular data & report generation for biz review with sales director and management (regular data tracking, bluebook…)
负责汇总数据、生成报告,定期与销售总监和管理层进行业务回顾(如定期数据的跟踪、蓝皮书等)。
- QMS management / Document management (sales related)
负责与销售相关的质量管理体系文件的管理。
- Support Sales Head and related dept. for special biz program with key customers
- 支持销售总监和相关部门与关键客户开展特殊业务项目。
Job Requirements:
任职资格:
- B.S. in electrical engineering or business, Master’s degree in EE or BA high preferred
电气工程或商业相关专业本科及以上学历,硕士优先
Job experience:

12+ years in sales & marketing and engineering know-how in dedicated areas.
