Job Responsibilities岗位职责

• To implement the yearly capacity improvement plan. /执行年度产能提升计划.

• To be the leader of the working instructions for all products . lines./ 负责生产相关的作业指导书编辑及完善。

• To be the leader of the PFMEAs for all products / processes. /负责所有产品、工艺过程的PFMEA和控制计划编辑及完善。

• To audit all processes standard implementation and participate in the realization of the action plans. /负责过程标准的审核并推动改善行动的实现。

• To create and apply the poka yoke tools./管理防错工装

• To improve the line layouts continuously eliminating waste (one piece flow, standard material replenishment, …) /改善产品线layout，持续实现浪费消除。（单件流、标准化物料补给等）

• To participate in projects meetings representing operation. / 参与项目会议

• To participate in quality problems solving teams (8D) ./ 参与质量问题解决团队（8D）

• To participate in the implementation of TS16949 quality system & Q1 system. /执行TS16949和Q1相关标准要求。

• To implement pre process and process release audit for any new production line/规划并完善新产品试制流程并实施新产线过程审核。

• To benchmark standard process & deploy through all production lines . / 应用benchmark，对所有生产线推进标准化制造过程。

• To participate in customer project / process audits. / 参与客户项目、流程审核

• To participate in VSM workshop, continuously eliminating waste./ 负责VSM活动，持续消除浪费

• To make sure process standard are clear, understood and that there is discipline to operators./确保现场标准作业流程的有效培训和执行。

Job Qualification and Personal Competencies任职资格及素质

• Education 教育/学历 Bachelor degree or above本科及以上学历
• Major 专业 Major in industrial engineering, process and equipment, etc.工业工程、工艺与设备等相关专业
• Foreign Language 外语水平 Good oral & written English skills良好的英语听说读写能力
• Computer Literacy 电脑技能 Skilled in MS office & AutoCAD operation./能熟练使用办公软件、CAD软件
• Knowledge 专业知识 3 years above working experience in automobile industry. Project management experience is preferred. Familiar with TS16949./3年以上汽车行业工作经验；项目管理经验优先；熟悉TS16949。
• Personal Competency 个人素质 Strong sense of responsibility, good teamwork and communication skills. Good at learning, practice, and able to work effectively under pressure./有较强的责任心，良好的团队协作能力、沟通能力、善于学习，动手能力强，能在压力下有效开展工作。
• Required Certificate (if any) 上岗证书(如需) 毕业证、学位证/Bachelor degree Physical Condition
• Eyesight视力 No color weak & color blindness/无色弱、色盲
• Health Condition 总体情况 Healthy, free from infectious diseases/健康，无传染病
