• Execute and coordinate the delivery and management of computing services based on a Wintel environment (physical or virtual) both on premise or in cloud / outsourced.

• Execute and coordinate delivery and management of network and communication services (LAN, Wi-Fi, WAN, VoIP and Videoconference)

• Coordinate and monitor external first level infrastructure support services

• Coordinate second level infrastructure support services

• Maintain operating procedures of his/her area of responsibility

• Lead and/or participate to local and international projects for the implementation of ICT infrastructure

• Setup and manage suppliers and contracts related to his/her area of responsibility
