Responsibility

• - Strictly follow HSE policies & procedures and local regulations, ensure maintenance activities safety without reportable injury and LSR violation.
• - According to company’s AIM requirements, identify critical equipment, define and update preventive & predictive maintenance strategy by using FMEA as well as working closely with planner and execution team to get it well implemented.
• - Conduct the daily management on static equipment site wide and provide technical solutions on site assets anti-corrosion.
• - Manage the special equipment on site wide as well as working as the focal point with local authority.
• - Main person of site or certain plant modification and small projects management by technical scheme proposing, etc.
• - Provide troubleshooting and training support to executions/operations for technology skill and capacity improving.
• - Focus on real root cause finding by using RCPS workshop with certain tools application, such as 5why, fish bone, why tree, etc.
• - Review and analyze data from inspections and failures to identify “bad actors” by leading by reliability engineers.
• - Responsible for spare parts management for both stock and emergent purchasing case with various activities such as build up BOM, set up safety stock level, define specification & datasheet, conduct goods reception inspection etc.
• - Participate in related maintenance contract service process, such as supplier’s selection /evaluation and routine supervision, etc.
• - Complete other related tasks assigned by the line manager.

Job requirements / Candidate profile

• - Bachelor's degree in Chemical Machinery, Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Automation or related.
• - At least 5 years of relevant working experiences in chemical industry.
• - Consolidated technical competence in mechanic areas, e.g., piping & fittings, valves, columns, heat exchangers, materials, corrosion & anti-corrosion, NDT, etc.
• - Familiar with different standard of special equipment management, material application, and static equipment construction or installation;
• - Consolidated experience in AutoCAD, Risk Analysis and Predictive Analysis (RBI/CBM).
• - Good presentation/technical summary with various computer skills (PPT, Excel, Word, etc.).
• - Strong self-learning, self-reflection, self-management aspiration and continuous improvement awareness.
• - Acceptable English skills both reading and writing.
• - Knowledge & experience in SAP_PM, EMS, and HAZOP study.
• - Basic technical competence or consolidated experience in mechanic areas, e.g., pumps, compressor, fans, etc. is a plus.
