• Assist Merchandise Team leader.
• Take responsibility from the time the enquiry is received from the customer until the order has been shipped. It includes development and production
• Analyze the enquiry/order upon receipt and communicate with Factory and make sure factory understand the requirements and follow up
• Follow up the order and developments, use deadlines as a help to keep track of order status. Make sure delivery of development sample and orders are on time.
• Work actively with the samples together with factory technician.
• Work actively with risk assessment on fabric and sample quality tests and communicate with suppliers.
• Daily communication with buyer and suppliers
• Be proactive and take more initiatives & solve problems instead of reporting.
• Create a good dialogue with buyers and assistants. Understand their priorities and act accordingly.
• Ensure effective order handover to the supplier to secure on-time delivery and best quality.
• Keep track of suppliers' production plan to ensure on-time delivery.
