Job Description

  • Handle correspondence and general file administration, report formatting, printing, scanning and binding
  • Conference calls set-up and conference room booking
  • Manage director`s calendar
  • Handle office stationery and office equipment maintenance
  • Travel arrangements, including hotel booking, liaison with the travel agents on bookings and invoices, and visa arrangements
  • Coordinate fixed asset management
  • Other daily admin support (eg. Expenses report, name card order, Payment processing and invoicing)

Basic Qualifications

  • At least 1-2 years of administrative experience
  • Organized and detail-oriented with multi-tasking abilities
  • Self-directed and ready to take an initiative
  • Must handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Ability to work with remote offices around the world
  • Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English
