Job Description
- Handle correspondence and general file administration, report formatting, printing, scanning and binding
- Conference calls set-up and conference room booking
- Manage director`s calendar
- Handle office stationery and office equipment maintenance
- Travel arrangements, including hotel booking, liaison with the travel agents on bookings and invoices, and visa arrangements
- Coordinate fixed asset management
- Other daily admin support (eg. Expenses report, name card order, Payment processing and invoicing)
Basic Qualifications
- At least 1-2 years of administrative experience
- Organized and detail-oriented with multi-tasking abilities
- Self-directed and ready to take an initiative
- Must handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Ability to work with remote offices around the world
- Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English
