Job Title: Senior Sales Training Officer

Report to: Assistant Sales Training officer

Key Purpose of the Job:

? To execute and implement training programs for retail operations and sales staff

? To design training courseware and evaluate effectiveness to ensure ongoing feedback and improvement in place

? To ensure training quality and coverage

? To close monitor post training activities

? To develop different engagement activities via m-learning platforms in CN and support APAC to cascade in local markets

? To support training initiatives across different brands

Key Area of Responsibility:

? Deliver training programs and provide field coaching for sales team

? Identify training needs for the both retail and wholesale sales team

? To create partnership with retail and wholesale team to better understand and meet their training needs

? To prepare and update training materials to cope with the development of business and company strategies

? To maintain updated training database and devise technical guidelines to better monitor and enhance training productivity

? To participate in various training and HR projects/initiatives (e.g. retail competency / talent development)

? To organize training programs to dealers’ trainer and retail operations and sales staffs

? To provide KPI (Key Performance Indicator) for staff performance evaluation/grading. (e.g. retail training level attainment, product level training attainment, etc.)

? To support m-learning platform to fulfill learning needs from retails and dealers

? To travel regularly for providing training to retail staff and wholesales partners

? To deliver regular on-site coaching to uplift sales and service skills to enhance customer experience

Qualification & Experience Needed / 所需专业技能和工作经验

Education / 学历背景:

? Diploma or above

Experience / 工作经验:

? Minimum 3-5 related working experience

Knowledge / 专业知识:

? Solid experience in conducting and evaluating training program

? Hands on experience in preparing training material and presentation

? Good presentation skill and excellent interpersonal skill

? Good communication skills and execution skills

Language / 语言应用:

? Proficient in written & spoken Chinese

? Good command in written and spoken English

Computer / 计算机操作:

? Proficiency in MS Office

Others / 其他:

Good personality with open-minded, passion, team spirit, creative and innovative, a fast learner will be preferred
