• Determine with Quality Management and Project Manager the quality

requirements/criteria for product acceptance.

• Handle quality control in workshop include incoming inspection, intermediate and

final inspection, including no load factory equipment tests.

• Perform in-process / final inspection of supplier workshops as per defined quality

control procedures.

• 根据既定的质量控制过程执行供应商工厂的过程中/最终检测
• Diagnose and troubleshoot product quality problems; supervise the nonconforming

products/components/processes;

• 对产品质量问题进行诊断并做好故障检测，监督不合格产品/零件/过程
• Manage preventive/corrective action together with Quality Manager, initiate

corrective actions to prevent product non-conformance.

• 与质量经理一起做好预防/矫正的管理从而防范不合格产品的出现
• Create data base to document quality issues and register inspection data for

internal monitoring.

• 建立质量相关的数据库，做好内部监控和检查的数据登记
• Perform routine On-Site Quality Control Visits.
• 例行的现场质量控制检查
• Follow-up on the project schedule and evaluate the impact of the quality control

on the project schedule

• 跟进项目进度，评估项目进度中质量控制的影响
• Create Filing Procedure for each Supplier Visit
• 做好每个供应商归档程序
• Work closely with all departments to implement and continuous improve quality

system.

要求

• Bachelor Engineering Degree with good foundation in mechanics;
• 工程学士学位及以上
• Extensive experience in quality management in the field of heavy industry,

especially on measurement, NDT, supplier quality control

• 在重工业领域质量管理方面有较多经验，尤其是测量、无损检测、供应商质量管理
• Workshop/on-site quality control experience is advantage
• 车间和现场质量管理经验
• Solid working experience in foreign enterprise
• 外企工作经验
• Fluent in English and Chinese (written and oral)
