• Facilitate Project teams in understanding, defining and adhering to the process established

• Ensure adherence to Process and work instructions by conducting Quality audits, Reviews (Release and Engineering Gate reviews)

• Support in definition, capture and analysis of metrics pertaining to Project / Product

• Track and report quality metrics

• Analyze and tailor project specific process requirements

• Facilitate Process Improvement workshops

• Ensure transfer of knowledge and best practices across teams and projects

• Escalate internal and external stakeholder issues to Quality Manager

• Interface with customer as needed

• Validate deviations in EGRs and recommend necessary actions

• Bi-Monthly / Weekly Status Reporting to EQ D,

• Review the audit findings and facilitate in their closure.

• First level validation team for tailoring and Deviations.

• Escalate, Report, Track internal and external stakeholder issues as appropriate

• Execute QA PE Plan within the organization

Experience

• Bachelor degree in engineering (electronics, mechanics), physics, information technology, or related technical experience

• 2 years experience in Quality Assurance area

• International experience in working in distributed teams
