• 5 years+ working experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Extensive experience in Quality, Manufacturing, Development and New Product Introduction.
• Years+ experience in managing a Quality Assurance Team.

• Certified ISO 9001 Lead Auditor.

• ASQ and or TS16949 internal auditor certification is preferred.

• Demonstrated high level of engagement and self-motivation

• Strong communications and interpersonal skills: presents ideas in a style that is clear, fluent and to-the-point

• Action/result oriented: Achieves high level, sustainable performance and results; is bottom-line oriented; steadfastly pushes self and encourages others to grasp ownership for achieving timely, quality, agreed upon results; is highly energetic;

Demonstrated decision making capability: uses logic and insight to solve Quality System problems and create effective solutions.
