Job Requirements

  • Oversees recruitment and selection activities, provides guidance and input to leaders on job requisition and workforce planning
  • Analyzes the market trends and recommend the appropriate remuneration for attracting new talents
  • Implements employee on-boarding programs to foster positive attitudes towards company goals
  • Develops programs to help with talent development, succession planning, and career ladders
  • Provides guidance on employee relations activities, including employee counseling and terminations.
  • Manages employee termination process, prepare separation documents and conduct exit interviews to determine reasons behind separation
  • Oversees and support all employee relation activities and/or events.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the company


QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s Degree or above
  • Experiences in FMCG/Cosmetics/Skincare products are strongly preferred.

  • 5-8 years of experience or above in HR function
  • Ability to relate to, influence and coach employees at all levels in the organization
  • Proven ability to diagnose problems using strategic thinking skills as well as identify and drive appropriate solutions
  • Excellent English skill is a must both in speaking and writing
