Job Description

business development manager

主要是针对建筑和工程 机械 医疗等行业

要求:

Promotion and Sales of PVC specialty compound manufactured by the group in China, Vietnam, Europe and USA.

Market: Building & Construction and other non-automotive market

Product Focus : PVC compounds and Nakanprene

?Coordinate with group subsidiaries and Resichina laboratories to ensure homologation of products.

?Ensure right service in provided to customer or OEM during development and after sales.

?Prepare and execute product plan including product transfer from Europe/USA to ResiChina/Vietnam.


Sales:

?Develop new market, new application or new product to ensure sustainable profitable business growth

?Understand customer unmet needs and deliver best solution to customer and improve customer satisfactory.

?Lead in product price management to fulfill company requirement.

?Follow up for customers’ inquiring, orders and collection of account receivable

?Provide technical and market support at customer side during development and after sales

?Participate in Strategic planning.

?Work with sales director duing process of budgeting and forecasting.

?Ensure close contact with the plant for scheduling, production and logistic plan

?Collection of market intelligence including competition, trends, opportunity.

?Provide the routine report: visiting reports, weekly reports, monthly reports


Business Assistant:

?Coordination of BU’s business activities in China; Coordinate sales assistant in routine Scala order entry and monthly sales closing for the Group activities.

?Monitoring the sales data in SCALA and Salesforce.com

?Participate in the organization of seminars, meetings, exhibition etc for NAKAN products


  • Work in a context that needs reactivity and that is strongly oriented for customer service.
  • Organize the day-to-day follow up of customers and provide them good satisfaction.
  • Use all support of Resichina in Changshu (R&D, TS, Logistics, purchasing, Finance, HR & Adm)
  • Build a knowledge of the company’s product and application and be able to promote the right products to customers
  • Good sales skills and be able to find customers’ needs
  • Good written and verbal communication skills both in Chinese and English to communicate with customers and internal team.
  • Good technical background in chemistry or material science (bachelor or master)
  • Basic computer skills: Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, SCALA
  • Experience of sales: 8years relative experience preferred
