Responsibilities:
To focus on the joint clinical conference on women’s health, and provide reliable administrative support. More specifically:
  • To communicate with partner organizations, hospitals, instructors, and vendors
  • To organize and disseminate promotional materials
  • To help address travel and lodging needs relevant to assigned projects
  • To help coordinate AHA training activities
  • To provide administrative and programmatic support to CCL
  • Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge & Skills:
  • Oral and written English and Chinese capability.
  • Good communication skills, task-oriented, attention to details.
  • Solid Microsoft Office skills.
  • Ability to take initiatives and propose creative ideas.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
