Customer Service Executive
Job Responsibility:
1. Timely and accurately release booking to customers
2. Special cargo/ Transshipment application and arrangement.
3. Handle customer enquiry with professional service manner.
4. Coordinate with sales team for capacity control.
5. Closely work with sales/operation/finance team to maintain customer support and to achieve Shenzhen office revenue & volume target.
6. Issue report as required.
Requirements:
1. Junior college graduates or above.
2. 1 year working experience in shipping industry is preferable.
3. Good computer skill, familiar with MS Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
4. Fluency in both oral and written English and Mandarin , PETS3 or CET-4 or above
5. Good communication skill and customer oriented, willing to learn.
6. Responsible and able to work independently under pressure.
