Responsibilities:

Provide leadership for order fulfillment team in IQAir China;

Manage, develop and or implement process concerning the sales operations, including internal approval process, forecast consolidation, post-sales transactions;

Generate reports of sales operations, forecast consolidation;

Lead analytics and building KPI reporting dashboards to evaluate sales performance;

Lead entry and maintenance of customer account data in ERP systems;

Ensure database are accurate and update to support business analysis.

Requirements:

Bachelor degree with 8 years above sales operations related work experience;

Three years above management experience;

Good at strategic thinking and strong business acumen;

Strong communication skills and people management skills;

Very good verbal and written English skills.
