Job Summary & Major Responsibilities:

工作概要和主要职责：

o Develop and maintain company’s compliance management procedure on raw materials, formulation, new product launch and check list of label compliance. Continuously look for improvement in efficiency and effectiveness internally.

o Work with quality and other functions to ensure strong oversight for regulatory compliance of B2C food products, including product labels, nutrition facts and claims.

o Provide regulatory support for local authority inspections, consumer complaints, customer inquiries, etc.

o Monitor regulatory information, identify regulatory changes and interpreter the influences to business, involvement in regulatory advocacy

o Local implementation of global RAPS strategy.

o Tasks assigned by the manager

Basic Requirement:

基本要求：

o Education & Knowledge: Food science, biochemistry, chemistry, biology, medicine or other relevant qualifications to bachelor level or higher

教育&知识：食品科学、生物化学、化学、生物、医药或其他相关专业学士及以上学位

o Experience: 5 years regulatory affairs working experience in general food or health food companies, and min. 3 years B2C food label compliance experience

经验：5年以上普通食品或保健食品法规事务工作经验，至少3年B2C食品标签审核经验。

o Language: Fluent English and Chinese both in oral and writing

语言：具备熟练的中英文口语及书面表达能力
