1. Implement of Group policy of staff shareholding program (redemption and dividend distribution processes). Support on the policy explanation, government administrative examination and approval, coordination with Verdors abroad, and interfacing with Holding project team.
2. Payroll Support:
? Interface and work closely with affiliates HR to get the payroll information efficiently.
? Implement C&B policy and work flow, provide good service to staff on their detailed C&B related issues with satisfied delivery;
? Employee master data timely maintenance and ensure the accuracy, especially on position movement, salary adjustment;
? Work with payroll outsourcing vendor to prepare and deliver monthly payroll and pay slip for staffs on a timely and accurate manner;
? Make related reports, including payroll allocation report for finance\yearly and monthly report;
3. Employment relation process support and management: conduct the contract renew process and probation evaluation and employee movement, personal file management, issuing working certificates and etc.
4. Assist supervisor in daily work and other work assigned.
Requirements
1.Bachelor or above degree;
2.1-2 years' experience in a multinational company preferably specialized in the C&B and ER area.
3.Solid knowledge of labor law and various relevant local regulations; Good command of both written and spoken English; Good knowledge of office software application;
4.Strong sense of responsibility, confidentiality, be able to work under pressure.
