工作职责:
1. Manage the visitors and the incoming calls, including the co-ordination with the host staff and answering enquiries, at the front desk. When the government officer arrives, she should follow the legal instruction from Philips.
2. Support Facility Manager to monitor the expenses per budget plan and prepare the monthly PRE charge out report/ consolidate work to Facility Manager. 3. Support facility Manager to monitor vendor performance, comparison on vendor quotation and contract preparation. 4. Manage the adequate supply of office supplies to support the TFM operation, including PO preparation, invoice verification, payment and stock control. 5. Execute and manage the repair and maintenance work with the service providers to maintaining the health and safety office environment according to the Facility Manager instruction. 6. Liaise with landlord and building management service provider for maintaining building facilities in good conditions and car park arrangement if any. 7. Managing the mailing and courier services/ other assistanct work to support Business operation. 8. Support HRM / IT to execute the "on board" and "off board" procedure that related to PRE including the IT equipment, staff badge, name card, cabinet key, … etc 9. Manage the common area, like meeting room (including the room booking), pantry, reception in good conditions and Xmas and New Year decorationfor supporting Business operations. 10. Support the PRE project team to execute the renovation and office restacking project.
任职资格:
中专以上学历,会简单的英语,有一年以上的相关工作经验。
