Workshop support:
l Ensure workshop information communicated to CSG, consultants and participants at least 5 working days before workshop commence.
l Communicate any variances (schedule, venue or number of participants) to consultant within 5 working days.
l Send pre-work materials (DVDs, wall chart, training aids) to participants at least 1 week before workshop commencement and call to ensure participants received them.
l Ensure function rooms meet workshop expectations and materials are check for correction before sending out.
l Prepare Interview Guide, Competency List, Motivation Fit, FCW Contract Agreement
l Prepare Certificates
l Collect, summarize and send workshop evaluation to client, delivery consultant & AE.
l To do Consultant schedule for L&D.
l Arrange/Coordinate to collect training materials after workshop is finished (including unused materials).
l Send customize materials to vendor for printing.
Consultant Support:
l Compile and consolidate all training evaluations for L&D consultants within a week of workshop completion/receipt of hard copy, whichever is later.
l Keep respective consultants updated on any client inquiries, orders or action taken.
l E-filing (e.g. Proposal, Purchase and Service Agreement, Customize Participant Material).
l General administrative support (e.g., invoicing, file maintenance, etc).
l Make travel arrangement for consultants when there is overseas delivery.
Managing Consultant Productivity:
l Maximize consultant productivity to achieve at least 90% of every consultant’s delivery days target for L&D Consultants.
l Update (re-schedule) consultant schedule as and when required.
Assessment Centre (AC):
l Collate information from client representative(s).
l Support design and development of client specific assessment materials (include preparation of Interview Guide, and Behavior test).
l Ensure readiness of AC during assessment day.
l Administer AC
l Format report before sending to clients.
l Interview Candidates (optional)
l Assist in delivery (i.e. role play - Optional).
l Do evaluation, and Scoring (optional).
Capability Development:
l To handle Leadership Mirror projects and function as back up expert.
l Key contact for TSAccess Job Analysis segment.
Reporting:
l Raise (in the absence of Sales Associate) and forward COF to Finance/Accounts for billing.
l Submit to AA, a list of delivery made by Contractor of previous month.
Provide Finance Manager with a list of projects delivered by Consultant every month.
