My client is an MNC pharmaceutical company, established in 1950, is a health care company, the company develops and sells products of various innovative medicines, biological agents and medical devices.

1. Identify and develop professional relationships with KOLs by mapping/ profiling with segmentation and develop KOL engagement plan;
2. Proactively Visit, Track, Collect, analyze and reports targeting KOLs insights that may impact Allergan development plans /trial designs, launch strategies and tactics, medical education programs tailored to physicians' education needs
3. Deliver lectures and conduct medical and scientific presentation during *** academic events;
4. Provide medical and scientific support relevant to ***'s facial aesthetic portfolio;
5. Provide training to physicians including plastic surgeons and dermatologists for the optimal use of ***'s products with regards to facial anatomy, facial analysis and aesthetics concepts, product knowledge, injection technique, methodology to assess patient outcomes.
6. Provide ongoing product/scientific training & support in brand team activities (e.g. Marketing and Sales collaboration meeting) and supporting their responses to customer inquiries and questions.
7. Maintain key understanding of competitor products and scientific progress within the aesthetic field, and regularly communicate this information locally as well as to the regional Medical Affairs team.
8. By assisting of publications, presentations and meetings making sure that the safety, efficacy and quality of life benefits are known to physician, medical community.
9. Provide support to Region Study Managers for phase IV and investigator initiated research studies; provide advice and support to Clinical Development team as needed.
10. Facilitate submission of investigator initiated pre-clinical and clinical proposals, and act as a Liaison between *** and IIT researcher

Education and Experience
Master degree major in clinical medicine, Ph D or MD is prepared
At least 1 years' experience in clinical medical practice in hospital
At least 1 years' experience in medical affairs in a pharmaceutical company or business environment
Experience with Botulinum toxin, facial fillers, lasers preferred
Aesthetic surgeon/ physician or Dermatologist preferred
Essential Skills and Abilities
Language: Proficiency in oral and written English
Strong business acumen
Cross functional leadership skill to lead and influence key decision makers
Strong clinical, scientific and pharmaceutical knowledge
Strong analytical skills, with ability to understand and communicate clinical and technical data
Strict ethics
Strong presentation and teaching skills, and ability to share information with others
Strong team, planning skills and ability to work independently
Ability to work in a corporate / business environment; understands the importance of meeting corporate goals with ability to anticipate and adapt to change
Proficiency in Windows, Excel, Word, Power Point and other software skills
Travel Frequency
Must be able to travel at least 40% (2 days a week on average).
