Job Description

Job Expectations 职位描述

1. Understanding hiring needs of hiring managers and meeting those expectations during the

recruiting process. Provide a selection of pre-screened and interviewed candidates to the hiring managers.

2. Act as key contact between Dow Talent Acquisition, hiring managers and applicants within the

APAC region.

3. Take the lead in this sourcing process and proactively provide solution and approach to select

specific candidates.

4. Provide information to hiring managers as well as HR partners on the status of applicants/interviews

Ensure flawless execution and problem solving of Talent Acquisition sourcing activities

5. Identify opportunities for (future) improvements

6. Define most efficient way to approach selection of specific candidates and present to client.

Post and track jobs on digital and social media

7. Actively search candidates via diverse sourcing channels

Pre-screening by taking phone/virtual interviews for candidates (screen competencies and

language(s)).

8. Follow up on communication to/from hiring manager and candidates

9. Primary contact person for Work Day related matters (e.g. technical support and data extraction)

10. Training of new Dow recruiters on e.g. Work Day/Dow processes

As functional recruiter to support University Programs to attract graduates

Education

Bachelor Degree

Experience

Preferably 5-8 years of HR recruiting experience for both campus recruitment and experienced hires

Other Qualifications

Fluency in English

Excellent planning and organizational skills

Excellent communication skills

Strong ability to build relationships with clients through expertise and consultation

Sensitive to cultural differences

Good interpersonal effectiveness skills, including conflict resolution, effective two way communication and negotiation.

Works independently, is self-motivated and accountable.

Ability to handle confidential information

Facilitation and presentation skills (e.g. conducting telephone/video interviews, regularly

updating stakeholders)

Expertise on hiring and advertising via Social & Digital Media
