Duties and Responsibilities:

1.Provide functional presentation graphics support on deliverables that align with business needs;

2.Work closely with stakeholders (internal and external) to guide user interface development for various products with different specifications;

3.Support the business and sales by providing attractive and straightforward designs;

4.Collaborate on creation and follow visual guidelines;

5.Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders;

6.Participate in user experience research and usability studies.

Requirements:

1.3+ years industry experience in UI/Visual design especially within Chinese market;

2.Working knowledge of design and prototyping tools, such as Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc;

3.Proficient in a variety of methods to convey ideas and concepts (e.g. storytelling, storyboards, mood boards, prototypes, etc.);

4.Good understanding of fundamental visual design disciplines (typography, iconography, composition, color, layout, etc.);

5.Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently;

6.Ability to clearly and effectively communicate designed solution and ideas to the colleagues (as an internal clients);

7.A clear understanding of the conversion rates;

8.Be excited about collaborating and communicating closely with teams and other stakeholders via a distributed in cross functional teams to regularly deliver the best online sales material;

9.Be passionate about all areas of design and innovation. Research and showcase knowledge in the industry’s latest trends and technologies;

10.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under deadlines;

11.Global experience and fluency in multiple languages is a plus;

12.Experience working in an Agile development process is a plus.
