Job Description

Job Responsibility:

1. Print formal booking and provide it to business team with complete shipping instruction.

2. Takes care space status, such as SO release, space cancellation, LTA adjustment, etc. Communicate such information with sales and pricing team closely.

3. Arrange load plan and customs clearance with customer.

4. Monitor shipment until delivered to delivery place.

5. Confirm charges with customer and provide red sheet with highly accurate AR to audit team. (indicate AP if it’s special cost)


General Responsibility:

1. Take responsible for export operation from booking received until delivered shipment.

2. Take responsible for communicate/response if customer has any question/issue.

3. Follow customer closely, maintain good relationship with customer.

4. Customer department is the approach for customer to communicate with other Dewell internal departments.


Specific Business Focus:

1. Dive deep customer information,find out valuable information from day to day communication. Share with sales to gain more business.

2. Use work experience and knowledge to effectively save cost for company or gain more profit from customer.


Measurement:

1. Year-on-year percentage of volume and profit margin.

2. PA issue log from Audit team.

3. Day to day feedback from other departments.

4. Questionnaire Investigation.
