WHAT YOU’LL BE UP TO:

• This position acts as a contact between creative team and brief owners, supporting project coordinator to ensure that projects are well defined and completed on time, on budget and that the work meets expectations
• Maintain contact with visual functions at HQ to receive and update official content for local implementation
• Support project coordinator to develop accurate and detailed project plans to ensure that all critical tasks are identified for a variety of projects
• Make sure that all creative content including online and offline materials well prepared for every campaign
• Understands advertising, time management, and the entire lifecycle of a project
• Understands the creative and production process and supports collaboration across all departments
• Develops and maintains project schedules, project status reporting and tracking

WHAT YOU’RE GREAT AT:

• Undergraduates who can perform above 6-month internship
• Advanced communication skill and learning skill, with creative & comprehensive thinking
• Willing to take challenge and enjoy working in a fast pace working environment
• Familiar with MS software
• Fluent in English speaking and writing is a MUST
