Job dimensions 职位描述
The position represents a focal role within the sales team to act as the main liaison point with company operations, the customers and business partners to:
- Achieve business & revenue objectives
设立及完成年度销售指标
- Actively manage the company network of distributors/retailers
管理和开发经销商渠道
- Build Relationship with design firms, project management firms, contractors and developers in North China
负责华北区域的渠道建立和拓展,包括与室内设计公司,项目管理公司,装饰公司以及开发商建立合作关系
- Achieve consistency of brand message, processes & sharing of best practices across all business areas
在行业领域内做持续品牌推广
- Facilitate customer & business partner satisfaction to achieve sustainable commercial relationships.

Requirement: 职位要求
Professional experience
At least 3-4 years of proven track record in an international organization involved directly in marketing & sales
拥有至少3-4年 市场销售工作经验
Previous experience in the luxury durable goods or building system or villa selling industry
拥有相关高端建材产品的销售经验
Related experience in distributor establishment and development
拥有建立和开发经销商渠道的经验
Net working with Developer, design institutes in North China
拥有与开发商,室内设计公司的销售渠道网络(华北区域内)
Solid B2B sales experience will be a plus in real estate building industry, especially for high-end villa or luxury apartments.
在高端豪宅别墅方面拥有丰富的B2B高端建材产品销售经验更佳
Knowledge
University degree or equivalent professional experience
专科以上学历
Very good understanding of the target market segments in the industry and its drivers
熟悉建材行业及相关行业市场
Solid relationship with local developer, contractors and design firms
熟悉华北区域大型房产商,装饰公司以及室内设计公司
Strong ability to translate product features into benefits addressing client needs
拥有较强的产品演说能力
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skill.
良好的个人沟通能力
Fluent English to be preferred
英语水平良好优先考虑
