Position Mission

The objective of Inspection china is to perform the production follow-up for all Framatome entities. This job is a rewarding and full of opportunities, which is to insure production follow-up and delivery at the right time of component or equipment of standard top quality for our projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Responsibility of manufacturing follow-up (incoming materials inspection, welding, NDT, assembly, tests, surface treatment, packaging, final acceptance…) according to applicable requirements.

2. Technical support for manufacturing documentation review (welding data package, NDT procedure, test procedure…).

3. Monitor & report on manufacturing progress (expediting).

4. Active involvement in Project Progress meetings and other regular meetings with customers/suppliers.

5. Monitor & report on Manufacturing Quality performance

6. Analyze corrective actions and NCR in close coordination with engineering teams, manage the timely reporting & implementation of such actions.

7. Development & implementation Inspection & Test Plans for manufacturing, develop, review and approve of process and work control procedures for manufacturing.

Education required

Bachelor degree in Mechanical domaine

Experience required

3-5 years working for nuclear industry, or in inspection agency.

Qualifications required

1. Have using experience of RCC-M, and experience of ASME if possible.

2. Be able to read and understand engineering documents and technical drawings.

3. English: CET 4/6 with good writing/understanding/reading/speaking capabilities.

4. CWI/IWE is a plus.

5. Have one or two NDT certificate(s) in UT/PT/RT/MT/LT/ET is a plus.

Other requirements

1. Have experience in pressurised equipment manufacturing is a plus.

2. Frequent business trips to suppliers in China or abroad.
