- Primary focal point for Customer APO
- Closely contact with Customer plant from CN
- Problem solving for urgent / critical shipment
- Inbound APAC Spot quote handling
- RFQ rate handling / upload to GTN
- Weekly shipment report to LEAR APO
- APAC SOP & Claim procedure update
- Support RKAM and BDM some issues if needed
