Typical responsibilities of the job include:
1.Routine overall production tasks and people management(systems, policies, procedures, disciplines)
2.According to customer order, forecast and stock level to make production plan and raw material plan
3.Lead cost down project, include scrap analysis and improvement, and evaluate the monthly consumption of indirect materials and supplies. Continue improvement of safety, quality, discipline, delivery, productivity and utilization
4.Support manage relevant production KPI's, push the action plan, follow up performance and result correctly
5.6S management and visual control, aiming to create professional and organized safe working environment
6.Coordinate quality and maintenance department to resolve process and machine issues
7.Improve and optimize efficiency, output, cost and introduce mistake-proof
Job Requirements
1.More than 2 years’ experience in manufacturing as production management or similar field skill
2.Good PC skills (eg.Microsoft Office, etc.)
3.Experience on Lean improvement
4.Strong communication & interpersonal skills
5.Able to working independently and under pressure
6.Be open-minded, self-motivated and quick learner
7.Good team player
