Spare parts supervisor

Location: Suzhou, China

Reports to: Customer care manager

We are looking for a spare parts supervisor to manage ECOVACS SP inventory, lead the spare parts supply chain optimization, focusing on reducing the SP lead time and deliver spare parts to regions on time.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for SP inventory in HQ.
• Be responsible for region’s SP order fulfillment, including special case, like EOL parts, MOQ rule, SP customization;
• Audit region’s SP inventory level and give alarm/advise on optimization.
• Reduce the LT of SP to each region including both by container and courier.
• Optimize the SP inventory structure from both value and QTY point of view, including control turn over speed, slow moving SP disposal rate, market requirement of common used parts.
• Optimize the SP PO and FCST rules based on region’s execution feedback.
• Work with material control department and purchasing department to optimize the internal spare parts supply chain process.
• Work with warehouse management team and logistic department to arrange the spare parts shipment.
• Work out monthly HQ SP inventory in & out analysis report.

Competency and Qualifications

• Excellent excel skills
• Have working experience on sales operations or spare parts distribution, order management.
• Self-starter with a “can do” attitude, always trying to find a way to solve new problems. Able to speak-up with ideas, comments, and process improvement plans
• Customer oriented mind set, always put himself/herself at the customer’s angle to think;
• Eyes for data analysis and reports drafting.

• 3 years working experience in customer service, or after sales service industry.

• Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills

• Excellent written English abilities.
