岗位职责：

? Makes the daily production plan based on the confirmed delivery plan and production resources.

? Following daily output and material arrival situation

? Feedback to Procurement the required material arrival plan

? Needs at least 1day advance to double check materials stock before production start

? Highlight the delivery risk when any abnormal status during producing and adjustment planning accordingly.

? HC and OT control in her/his responsible area

? Tracing the hold-on material and feedback to related engineer to handle

? Regularly check the material on production line, and check if need to return warehouse.

? Confirmation (adjustment) for engineer pick up material from Production location.

? Material control and stock-taking and report

? Other tasks from production planning supervisor

?跟踪每日产量和物料到货情况反馈采购所需的材料到货计划。

?在开始生产前，至少需要提前1天对材料库存进行复核。

?当生产过程中出现异常情况时，要强调交付风险，并做出相应的调整计划。

?在负责的区域内控制hc和OT。

?跟踪库存物料并反馈给相关工程师处理。

?定期检查生产线上的物料，检查是否需要退仓。

?工程师从生产现场提货的确认(调整)。

?物料控制，盘点并报告

知识/技能/经验:

Essential

§ college or above degree, major in logistic or electric related is preferred

§ English communicate capability

§ At least 3 years working experience in PC/PM

§ Be familiar with ERP system.

Desirable

§ Electron industry working experience preferred

§ Method of material analysis, evaluation and logical thinking ability

§ Equipment capacity planning knowledge

§ Production planning knowledge

§ Organization, cooperation and communication skills

大专以上学历，物流或电气相关专业优先

英语沟通能力

3年以上电脑/PM工作经验熟悉ERP系统。

可取的

有电子行业工作经验者优先
