职责范围：

1、制定与产品改进和产品开发相关的项目计划，并根据各种变化修改项目计划；

2、实施项目的管理、开发、质量保证过程；

3、制定并实施有效的项目决策过程；

4、参与研发实验室的日常管理；

5、协助原料和产品检验；

6、协助客户解决现场问题。

要求：

1、化学、化工、材料等相关专业，博士学历，具备3年以上研发工作经验，具有成功的项目经验；

2、具备较强的化工类专业知识与技能；

3、具备较强的逻辑分析和总结能力；

4、能够熟练检索国内外相关文献和专利，可独立撰写科技论文和专利；

5、积极进取，做事细心，责任心强，良好的团队合作精神。

该岗位对英语水平有要求，需CET-4或以上；不限性别。

Skychem was founded in 2010 under the leadership of Dr. Jiangbo Liu. The company is focused on developing and producing specialty chemicals needed for the PCB manufacturing industry. To be located closer to our customers for better serving them, production sites were established both in Guangzhou and Suzhou since the foundation of the company.

With emphasis on metallization and electroplating technologies, Skychem positions itself to provide to the PCB industry more economic processes which perform at similar quality levels compared to international brand names. Cooperating with The Chinese Academy of Sciences and Suzhou University, we continuously improves our current processes and invents new processes to meet the changing needs of our customers. Currently we have more than 100 different kinds of products available, offering solutions for most wet processes in the PCB manufacturing industry.
