Job responsibilities:

1. Uncover and address quality risks before SOP and implement actions for development.

2. Evaluation of the process know how of (new) suppliers as well as responsibility for the assigned supplier development activities.

3. Support of the supplier admission and release process of the project，coordinate and manage Run@Rates at the supplier.

4. Implementation of specific supplier development activities and support of supplier development projects.

5. Use all related typical quality tools and experience to manage and solve the quality problem on time

6. Require frequent travelling to assigned supplier locations for pre-sourcing evaluations, APQP-PPAP assessments / problem resolution and lead crisis management situations.

7. Ensure the supplier readiness before SOP.

8. Work together with SQA in plant to ensure the handover process after safe lunch ready;

9. Support plant on supplier critical quality issue fixing for serial product if escalation occurred;

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor or above with engineering background.

2. Good Knowledge of manufacturing processes, material specification and testing standards of extrusion, machining, casting & stamping parts etc.

3. Familiar with quality system such as IATF 16949

4. Successful experience of supplier development program

5. Expert of quality management tools, with skill of problem solving

6. Proactive and strict working style

7. Good at communication and team work

8. Leadership skill，Quick learner，Flexible for extensive travels
