• 作为行政管理团队的成员参与关键决策。
• 全面领导公司财务的各个方面，包括战略规划、业务融资、财务和税收战略、管理资本要求和预算编制过程，以及制定支持公司str的业绩措施战略方向
• 领导财务职能，协助运营，实现公司财务目标。
• 将财务报告交给董事会、客户、投资者、金融家和赠款提供者
• 确保包括风险投资家、天使投资者和赠款在内的各种来源的投资。
• 与投资者保持良好的关系。

财务策划

• 与人力资源经理合作，监督人力资源职能：
• 招聘、聘用和解聘补偿
• 专业培训和发展，包括新员工导向
• 确保人力资源功能的合理配置。
• 参与客户和供应商的日常商务问题。
• 全面负责合同的各个方面
• 为正在进行的和新的商业合同提供咨询和谈判，以及评估新商业企业的财务影响。
• 分析和解释法律文件的能力，如NDA，合同等。

• 会计师资格证
• FD或等同于成功的公司相关职位。
• 在金融界享有良好声誉。
• 良好的沟通技巧。

Smart Antenna Technologies (SAT) is a private spinout company founded by CEO Sampson Hu in 2013. SAT technology is based on conceptual antenna technology research and developed by Sampson Hu during his PhD at the University of Birmingham. The company Chairman is Colin Tucker, formerly the CTO and COO at Orange for its European business, and also founding CEO of 3 – the first 3G mobile operator in the UK.

SAT has designed, developed and patented a pioneering smart antenna technology which provides an efficient and low cost antenna solution for the mobile device and infrastructure market. Target markets include smartphone, tablet, laptop but the technology can also be applied to expanding markets including SmartTV, Connected Car, Small Cell and IoT/M2M.

SAT has filed more than 90 patent applications covering the USA, Europe, South Korea,Japan and China. SAT operates under a licensing business model benefiting from the patented technology.

SAT is engaged in commercial discussions with key global manufacturers and partners of mobile devices, laptops, tablets and small cells, who are interested in utilising the SAT technology. SAT has recently signed an agreement with a global portable device manufacturer to build a prototype incorporating their antenna technology.
