职位描述
- DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES 主 要 职 责
- Select good distributors to supply goods in local market both with 1st line and 2nd line distributors;
- Receive market and competitor information and keep track stock, near-expiry goods, deliver company key message to distributors on time;
- Help distributors to make purchase forecast to avoid both over and shortage stock, stop selling counterfeit by our distributors
- Collect money on time, achieve sales target;
- Be responsible to supply market with both local and import products, manage market price together with district commercial manager;
- Organize the commercial activity with hospital team and distributors to manage the hospital entry price, hospital supply. Build up relationship with relative departments within company. Promote our products to MRS non-directly cover area and drug store through distributors;
- Manage local tender to manage tender distributor, win tender and achieve high price.
REQUIREMENT 要 求
- College degree or above
- Two years in pharmaceutical industry for commercial operation, have experience in hospital promotion
- Good communication skill, good interpersonal skill to influence others
- Professional in business
- Some business knowledge to operate distribution, like Finance knowledge
- Good negotiation skill
