岗位职责：1.基于开源分布式数据库系统进行二次开发，设计和搭建分布式数据存储平台；

2.负责稳定、可靠的分布式数据库系统的研发、调优工作；

3.负责分布式数据库系统的集成、测试工作；

4.负责分布式数据库系统解决方案编写工作。

任职要求：

1. 本科以上学历，计算机相关专业，5年以上工作经验；

2. 具备分布式计算相关的开发经验；

3. 了解主流的分布式系统算法和论文，具备利用理论知识解决工程问题的能力；

4. 熟悉文件系统和数据库系统，熟悉数据的灾备，迁移和管理等；

5. 熟悉C / C++ / Golang / Rust语言开发经验优先；

6. 熟悉TCP/IP协议、HTTP协议，了解P2P网络，IPFS等文件存储实现机制和运行原理；

7. 熟悉 Linux 操作系统，网络，了解常用的数据结构和算法；

8. 掌握分布式，多线程，高并发的网络编程及代码调优；

9. 拥抱开源，开源项目参与者优先；

10. 英语熟练，能与国外的同事进行书面及口语交流。

Qualifications:

4.Familiar with file system, database system, data disaster recovery, migration and management, etc.

5.Familiar with C / C++ / Golang / Rust is a plus;

6.Familiar with TCP/IP, HTTP protocols, knowledge in P2P protocols of file storage implementation mechanism and operation principle is a plus;

7.Familiar with Linux operating system, network, Knowledge in general data structures and algorithms;

8.Know distributed computing, multi-threaded, high performance network programming and code optimization;

9.Embrace open source, open source project participants is a plus;

10.Fluent verbal and written English language skills. Have no problem in communicating with foreign colleagues.
