The role holder will report to a local partner within the China Intellectual Property team and be an integral part of the team working to protect client patents. They will be responsible for:

Maintaining and updating the trademark database, monitoringdeadlines via trademark management software

?对电子邮件和其他文件进行备案

Filing of emails and other documents

?与财务部联络准备差旅报销

Coordinating with accounting department with regard to partner‘s travel reimbursement

?协助准备各种商标申请文件

Assisting with preparation of trade mark filing documents

Candidate profile:

?具备中英文双语口语和书写能力

Must be able to speak and write both Mandarin and English

?大专及以上学历

A university degree is not required
