Responsibilities:

1. Make debit note, Payment notice and Letter of Guarantee 制作借记通知单付款通知书和信用保证书
2. Confirm with finance team to monitor the collection of the freight 与财务团队确认和监控运费的收取情况
3. Issue B/L and communicate with LSP to help sellers finish the destination customs clearance 签发提单,并与物流服务供应商沟通,帮助卖家完成目的地清关
4. Monitor the cargo’s releasing by the customs, update it to the sellers immediately when exceptions happen. 监控海关放行的货物,在出现异常时及时向卖方更新
5. Feedback the import duty and tax to sellers, update the Debit note on time向卖方反馈进口税和税款,及时更新借方票据
6. Summary all relevant documents and submit to finance team for applying the invoice 汇总所有相关文件,并提交给财务团队申请发票
7. Coordinate with sellers and LSP to keep the shipment arrive safe. 与卖方和物流服务供应商协调,以确保货件安全到达目的地

8. Validate destination import custom clearance doc according to import & export custom process and trade compliance to reduce the impact of custom inspection and hold caused by incorrect custom clearance document on seller. 根据进出口海关流程和贸易合规，验证目的地进口清关单, 以减少因不正确的海关清关单对卖家造成的影响

9. Identify key seller’s special needs through daily contact to feedback to the business for service development and standardization. 通过日常联系确定主要卖家的特殊需求,向业务反馈,以便进行服务发展和标准化

10. Identify improvement opportunity in the process to feedback to the business to improve seller experience and process efficiency. 确定流程中的改进机会,以便向业务反馈,以改善卖家体验和流程效率

11. Conduct process pilot/test runs with Operations and Program Manager in developing new service delivery. 与运营和项目经理一起进行流程试验/测试,以开发新的服务交付

Basic qualifications:

• Sound understanding of International transportation practice. 对国际运输实践有深刻的理解
• Sound understanding of China Import and Export Regulations. 充分理解《中国进出口条例》
• Strong analytical and computer skills. 较强的分析和计算机能力
• Strong written and oral communication skills in both English and Chinese. 较强的英语和汉语书面和口头沟通能力
• Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize workloads, maintain a strong attention to detail, and work independently; 能够按时完成工作，自主确定任务完成的优先次序，保持对细节的强烈关注，并能独立工作
• Demonstrates effective communication, composure, and professional attitude; 表现出有效的沟通、沉着和专业态度
• Must be able to multi-task and maintain composure 能够同时进行多任务并保持沉着
• Strong communication skill, customer service background should be perfected 较强的沟通能力,完善客户服务背景

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with import and export, preferably operation experience in Forwarder industry(Air or Ocean or Both) 具有进出口经验,优选在货代行业(空运或海运或两者)的经营经验
