What You’ll Be Doing It’s impossible to list everything you’ll do here because every day is different.

But a few things are clear, you’ll:

Be the owner of Sales and credit order management from order taken/approval/verifying, product allocation, payment collection, delivery to invoice issued and ensure to follow company policies and procedures for overall sales order management process:

1.Execute sales contracts, verify the selling price, request arrival date, payment term, product availability, transportation mode, product allocation plan with contract terms and sales forecasting before order processing.

2.Handle product return, execute credit order in JDE system based on credit request form.

3.Work with logistics on claims with forwarders, carriers, suppliers etc. Control shipment with EOQ (economic order quantity) target, handle urgent shipment properly.

4.Work with business/planning for product allocation plan, communicate with customer/sales team properly for any short of supply issue on order processing.

5.Work closely with finance regarding AR report, payment collection.

6.Work with planning team to leverage inventory, transportation cost and customer service level, meet SC KPI target.

7.Be back up for other CSR.

2.Above 3 years in contract processing or logistics operation field

3.ERP system knowledge

4.Word/Excel/PPT

5.Strong interpersonal and communication skills

6.Strong ability to deal with complex and stressful situations, such as internal and external complaints

7.Good at English writing and speaking
