Monthly organization & employee change data maintenance in Client’s system according to SOP.Related system interface data checking and reconsolidationPayroll and attendance data manual consolidation and process system uploading Payroll calculation regular check according to defined process
Communicates with client for payroll result confirmationPayment file generationPayroll JV generation
Generates reports and other deliverables as client needs
Replies client information inquiry
Records client issues/change requests and works closely with Account Manager and Technical Support Team to track the issue solution according to defined service level
2-3 years experience
Have data transaction experience
Skillful in using Microsoft Office
Good team player with open personality
Self-motivated, active, detail oriented and well organized
Good customer service sense and proactive attitude
Willing to take responsibilities and work in a dynamic and high pressure environment
