工作内容 Filing patent applications, reporting and answering Office Actions, handling reexaminations and providing opinions on infringement, correspondence with international clients in English and, if possible, in Japanese or German; taking part in the management and development of the office.

As the business develops fast, our office is recruiting for a position of a patent attorney in the field of electrical, mechanical or chemical engineering. The position requires widely self-contained handling of all patent related matters.

申请条件 1. Mechanical, electromechanical, electrics, chemical or related major is required; a background in electrical engineering is preferred;

2. No less than three years of working experience as patent attorney on IP is required; working experience in free practice is preferred; having additional experience with trademark matters is more preferred;
2. 至少三年知识产权代理及相关工作经验；具有独当一面的经验优先；具有商标实务经验优先；

3. Capable of precisely reading and translating technical documents in English is required; fluent oral English is more preferred; additional knowledge of the Japanese or German language is more preferred.
