Responsibilities:

o Manages numerous projects that relate to critical business goals for a global business

o Develops and tracks to detailed project plans and milestones for project teams; Interfaces with Product managers and global support team

o Develops and tracks resource plans, communication plans, risk mitigation plans and issue resolution plans

o Delivery of multiple projects that include any and all phases of the project life cycle and within project management practices (tools may include: Jira, TRUST, Mytime)

o Collaborate with project members (from other teams internally, 3rd party consulting firms and client contacts) to ensure on-time, on-schedule, on-budget execution + deliverables

o Track and resolve issues across multiple company and client work streams involved in the project

o Proactively identify and provide mitigation plans for any potential risks to the project’s overall success

o Develop a professional rapport with the internal (on & off-shore based teams), 3rd party providers and client project teams and maintain an excellent level of client satisfaction

o Report status of the project using various MS office tools to present the appropriate level of detail based on the target audience

o May act as primary interface with the client regarding deliverables, change requests, and sign-off on status and requirements

Education:

o BS/BA degree, or equivalent experience

o PMP Certification preferred and/or similar work experience

Required Skills, Necessary Industry Experience and Associated Number of Years of Experience:

o Minimum of 7 years of Program/Project Management experience

o Must have excellent analytical problem solving skills

o Demonstrates strong leadership skills

o Strong team player with an entrepreneurial, collaborative spirit

o Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project

o Above average organization, interpersonal, & communication skills

o Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

o Experience building successful client relationships or internal team relationship
