description:

1. 负责组织编写适合公司的整车体系流程的有关文件;

Responsible for organizing and compiling
relevant documents suitable for the company's vehicle system process;

2. 负责制定公司流程的计划,组织人员按计划要求进行审核,并对纠正措施实施效果进行跟踪和验证;

Responsible for making the plan of the
company's process, organizing personnel to audit according to the requirements
of the plan, and tracking and verifying the effect of corrective measures.

3. 负责流程管理工作,流程梳理、诊断、优化实施。从流程角度协调跨部门的协同运作,推动流程建立及持续改进;

Responsible for process management, process
sorting, diagnosis, optimization and implementation. Coordination of
cross-departmental collaborative operation from the perspective of process to
promote process establishment and continuous improvement;

4. 负责相关流程的系统开发及培训工作;

Responsible for system development and
training of related processes;

5. 负责流程管理相关知识、方法和工具的培训,推动公司范围内提升流程管理思维和方法。

Responsible for the training of process
management related knowledge, methods and tools to promote the improvement of
process management thinking and methods within the company.


任职要求 Requirements:

1. 具备汽车行业相关专业知识

Automobile industrial relevant knowledge

2. 具备5年或以上整车厂的相关经验,并有项目的经验,具备整车流程的开发经验

5 years or more relevant experience in OEM, project
experience and vehicle process development experience.

3. 具备良好的沟通能力、较强的文案能力,有项目组织经验佳

Well communication capability and strong copywriting
ability, with project/team management experience as priority

4. 具备基本英文口语交流与较强的读写能力

Basic oral English communication and strong reading and
writing ability

5. 具备问题识别、分析、解决能力

Problem identification, analyze and solving ability
