1、负责员工的招聘、入职、培训、人事调动、离职等手续,建立人事档案,熟知员工个人能力,合理安排公司内部人力资源增减调配

Responsible for staff recruitment, induction, training, personnel transfer, resignation and other procedures, establish personnel files, understand the personal ability of employees, reasonably arrange the company's internal human resources deployment

2、根据现有编制及业务发展需求,协调、统计各部门的招聘需求,编制年度/月度人员招聘计划,经批准后实施,开拓招聘渠道,确保各岗位招聘及时;

According to the existing establishment and business development needs, coordinate and count the recruitment needs of all departments, prepare the annual/monthly personnel recruitment plan, implement it after approval, develop recruitment channels, and ensure the timely recruitment of all positions;

3、做好各岗位的职位说明书,并根据公司职位调整需要进行相应的变更,保证职位说

明书与实际相符;

Prepare the job description of each position, and make corresponding changes according to the company's position adjustment needs to ensure the position

The book matches the reality;

4、负责员工入职后社会保险及公积金投保、申报,公司社保、公积金基数申报、调整、年检等工作,及时掌握国家相关法律法规政策;

Responsible for employees' social insurance and provident fund insurance, declaration, company social insurance, provident fund base declaration, adjustment, annual inspection and other work, timely grasp the relevant national laws and regulations;

5、负责员工每月考勤的统计整理,薪资核算,并确保每月准时发放;

Responsible for the statistics and arrangement of staff's monthly attendance, salary accounting, and ensure the timely payment every month;

6、公司员工的居住证积分以及落户的办理;

The company's employees' residence card points and settle down;

7、公司内、外部企业文化建设工作(包括各项福利及员工团建活动组织工作),确保员工工作环境轻松愉快;

Internal and external corporate culture construction work (including various benefits and organization of staff league building activities) to ensure a pleasant working environment for employees;

8、制定公司及各个部门的培训计划和培训大纲,经批准后实施;

Develop the training plan and training outline of the company and each department, and implement it after approval;

9、组织公司年度绩效考核,监督绩效评估制度的贯彻,收集评估结果并进行初审,协助财务部做工资奖金核算与发放;

Organize the company's annual performance appraisal, supervise the implementation of the performance appraisal system, collect the appraisal results and conduct the preliminary audit, assist the financial department in the calculation and payment of salary and bonus;

10、对公司现有行政、人事管理制度完善,后期并对此项作出合理的规划并推动执行;

Improve the company's existing administrative and personnel management system, and make a reasonable plan and promote the implementation of this project

11、负责监督公司规章制度及工作纪律的执行;

Responsible for supervising the implementation of company rules and regulations and work discipline;

12、其他日常行政人事工作。

Other daily administration and personnel work.

任职要求:

1.5年以上人事行政主管经理,担当过3年以上人事行政主管,人事管理经验丰富,熟悉上海劳动人事法规及各项人事政策;

At least 5 years HR and administrative supervisor manager, 3 years HR and administrative supervisor, experienced in hr management, familiar with Shanghai labor and personnel regulations and policies;

2.人力资源管理及相关专业;

Human resource management and related majors

3.组织协调、沟通能力强,富有责任心,敢于吃苦;

Strong ability of organization, coordination and communication, strong sense of responsibility, dare to bear hardships;

4.工作思路严谨,具备一定的危机处理能力,抗压能力强。

Rigorous work ideas, have a certain crisis management ability, strong ability to withstand pressure.

5. 必须使用英语作为工作语言

Mandatory to use English also as working language
