职位名称：证券事务代表

主要职责:

1、根据公司要求，负责办理公司与相关监管部门（证监局、交易所、证监会及其他政府部门）、各中介机构之间的沟通和相关信息处理等；

2、开展投资者关系管理工作，加强与投资者和潜在投资者之间的沟通，促进投资者对公司的了解和认同；

3、在公司对外融资的过程中，负责编制商业计划书；

4、与投资人对接，配合投资人做尽职调查；

5、参与和投资人的谈判，编制或审核投资协议；

6、对拟投资项目进行前期调查、论证及准备商业计划书以及项目投资有关文件；

7、参与拟投资项目的沟通，尽职调查，谈判，配合投资项目的推进及执行；

8、进行商务谈判，编制或审核相关投资协议，监控和管理投资项目；

9、领导交办的其他事项。

任职要求:

1、本科以上学历，全日制211或985工程毕业优先考虑；

2、具备3年以上金融、财务、法律相关工作经验优先考虑；

3、熟悉金融市场、资本市场、证券市场知识；

4、熟悉公司法、证券法等相关法律知识；

5、有高度的敬业精神和职业敏感性、吃苦耐劳、工作细心、责任心强，能严守公司机密；

6、熟练应用办公应用软件，PPT能力较强；

7、熟悉上市公司运行规则和相关法律，有较强的综合分析能力、沟通协调能力和语言表达能力。

Job requirements:

6. Strong writing skills, familiar with official writing, good image quality;
