1. To meet 2019 KPIs and targets - 360M RMB.
2. Develop and secure new businesses to meet sales growth target.
3. Maintain and grow current businesses to meet forecast sales target.
4. Manage Sales AM team to support and service accounts.
5. Work with Product team to secure new projects and clients.
6. Work with Project team to deliver on-time NPI .
7. Develop business in emerging market - Russia, India.

Here Is Some Of What You’ll Need (required)
1. Outstanding vision, foresight and determination.
2. Excellent communication skills with the ability to develop effective networks and relations.
3. Experience leading and closing deals in the region of +$10m.
4. Strong leadership and persuasion skills.
5. Creative and Innovative approach, gravitas to lead senior management level business meetings.
6. Understanding of Acoustic Link capabilities, solutions and services regardless of segment and/or ability to leverage subject matter experts.
7. Ownership & accountability.
