6.Dispatch the fax in
7.Maintenance the office facilities
8.Office badge management
9.Tickets and hotel booking as needed
10.Meeting room booking and meal arrangement as needed
11. Vendor’s payment
12. Internal cost allocation
13. Assist with office drivers management
要求:
1.全日制大专学历以上
2.2年+行政经验
