Arrange all marketing solutions
Assist DGM on Marketing strategies
2. Report
Main Activities:
Monitor team members on documentation management (contact data base, Marketing form, China Marketing Pipeline etc)
Monitor team members on collation of regular reports
Attend business related meetings, and arrange follow-up after meetings
3. Communication
Main Activities:
Attend meetings of entire marketing team (both internal and external)
Plan activities/events with other depts.
4. Relation
Main Activities:
Arrange following up relations with customers, govt., associates, agencies, etc.,
Keep close communication with other depts./business units
5. Marketing duties
Main Activities:
Evaluate, define, plan and communicate on company’s business strategy in order to ensure company’s long-term viability, profitability and market share
Execute promotion programs and strengthen relationships with corporate clients, government/ industrial associations and global partners in line with set marketing strategies. Along with this, motivate marketing staff to improve and enhance their marketing capabilities/attitudes and service standards.
Monitor market trends, and gather business intelligence with object to breathe life to marketing plan
Provide market positioning consultancy for selected locations to develop our partnership and program in tandem with AREMS projects in new cities and,
Develop good rapport with the IPCs (International Property Consultants). Co-ordinate with CMC on corporate branding programs and media releases.

Education
Bachelor Degree in MKTG/business management, etc.,
Job related experience
8 yrs+
Knowledge
The incumbent must have proficient knowledge in the following areas:
Approaching potential customer, PPT, writing report to sr. management, etc.,

Organizes and with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines
Good interpersonal skill

Marketing/sale related strategies & activities
Knowledge on market trend, demand/supply on relevant industries/sectors.
