- Handling all incoming calls and inquires professionally and efficiently, should taking messages upon necessity and urgency.
- Responsible for receiving all the visitors and arrange appropriately. Representing company image as the first contact for visitors.
- Office Environment: Make sure the office clean and in good order. Especially, the reception
- daily express delivery
Admin
- Office equipment maintain including stationary and drinking water.
- Handle office Admin related. Responsibilities on daily basis, to provide high-quality service to internal employees.
- Handling office routine expenses claim, make the monthly admin cost allocation and analyze the special cases and provide feedback to management.
- Deal with shuttle bus related matter include update route, collect driver’s monthly expense.
- Assist daily arrangement and coordination of shuttle bus.
- Check meal tickets applications and reconciliation with suppliers every day.
- Deal with related canteen issues.
Others
- Maintain attendance machine go smoothly.
- Support ER activities.
- Other tasks assigned.
KEY COMPETENCIES 资格能力要求
- Independent & initiative thinking and acting
- Result-oriented with good follow & reporting awareness
- Good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, willing to learn
- Good at English and Mandarin communication, CET-4
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint for reporting
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE教育及经验要求
- Educational: College above, Fresh graduate from renowned university is acceptable.
