-Yield Analysis and Process Support -Monitor process yields throughout the line. Recognize and help solve yield-decreasing problem, implement and drive internal corrective actions. Guiding and advice QA Engineer on this if there is QA Engineer reporting to the Senior QA Engineer according to organization chart.

-Experimentation -Carry out experimentation, process capability studies, or other technical evaluation to improve yield and quality. Guide and advice QA Engineer in area related to this.

-Customer Corrective Action Support -Drive customer corrective actions by carrying out root cause failure analysis, cross-sectioning, dimensional analysis, or other means. In addition, communicate with customers when necessary to ensure verification of corrective actions. Guide QA Engineer in corrective action writing and communication with customer.

-Internal Communication -Ensure production information is communicated consistently and effectively throughout the line and from shift to shift. This communication might include inspection instructions, customer complaints, production scheduling or other specific instructions.

• MRB and Purge-Participate in purge and MRB meeting to ensure proper disposition of discrepant material.
• Visual Aids-Ensuring that proper visual aids for inspection and for SPC data keying is available for Manufacturing and Quality Assurance Department.

-Deviation Authorization -Ensure the process being done is in compliance with the Deviation Authorization. Follow up on the changes of the effective and expiry date.

• ECN-Participate with the team members on its implementation and follow up on the estimated effective date and commitment from work cell members.
• CAC-Chair the CAC Meeting, lead and drive Continuous Improvement on product quality with the Work cell team members.
• QIC-Provide needed support/ become the listener to QA Engineer in the QIC meeting. If QA Engineer is not available, Senior QA Engineer will chair the QIC meeting on behalf.
• Support Quality Indicators-Ensure Work cell meets the quality goals set for every quarter. Guide QA Engineer to achieve the quarterly quality goals.
• Develop, motivate and challenge all team members to perform to their full potential. Also provide direct and timely feedbacks in formal and informal media.
• Monitor and evaluate the level of involvement and success of the Quality Engineering activities and their impact on the continuous improvement of process yields and efficiencies. Provide the appropriate level of feedback, support and coaching to the team.
• Provide support to the Business Managers and maintain an active role in functions involving Jabil's customers. Monitor the product acceptance levels(yields) seen by the customer and ensure that appropriate preventive measures are taken.
• Evaluate and schedule appropriate trainings and / or seminars for the Quality

Assurances staff that included direct employees.

• Ensure consistency in Quality Report Generation, carried out line audit for all

projects and oversee all process improvement ,technology, jigs and fixtures to beimplemented to all projects whenever is possible.

PREREQUISITES:

• Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics engineering with at least 3 years experience in the Quality related or engineering field.
• Excellent oral & written communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Working knowledge of Statistical Process Control and PCBA assembly process.
• Results oriented attitude, achieve through team concept skills/activities.
